Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and timely. Ymari was very well informed thorough and descriptive in all that took place with my vehicle. Having to bring in a vehicle with only 15,000 miles was definitely a surprise and an unforeseen pain, but the staff here made this process go extremely smooth and also accommodated my schedule due to me being down to one vehicle and still needing to commute to pick up my children and run errands and what not. My experience was a joke!!! Called yesterday to set up an appointment with Tim to see a jeep today. When we arrived another employee saw he never put our info in the system bc they couldn't find our info (and Tim wasn't in today). Car sold yesterday evening apparently. Im not mad about it selling, it happens. Im mad that no one contacted us to cancel our appointment. So I drove over 2 hrs for NOTHING!!! NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT! So any potential of me being a future customer was thrown out the window bc of idiotic management.
