This used to be my go to dealership since I bought 2 vehicles here and the sales experience has always been good. Service however is a completely different story. Bring my truck in for a post purchase inspection and they say I need two front calipers, rotors and pads. No problem. They want to charge me 1500+ for JUST THE FRONT. Asinine. Bought the parts and did the work myself for less than 600 bucks. Bought a 2023 explorer FROM THEM, and ive called FIVE times trying to get a quote on doing rotors and pads since they've glazed over. Keep getting told ill get a call back, never get a call back, service is never avaliable to answer the phone. I just wanted them to quote me 2500+ for oem brakes, for referance detriot axle has upgraded rotors and pads for 224 and it'll take 2 hrs of my time. Ive spent more time trying to salvage the warranty (voided once I do the work) than it'll take me to do the job. Basically if youre going to overcharge people and claim whatever bs reasoning at least be avaliable to lie to us and not rely on Ai chat bots to do your bidding.
