First the customer service from Cassie, the Secretary, to the staff out side. The dealer, Jordan; was top notch. Very kind, answered all my questions. Jordan went above and beyond, when we decided to buy the Nissan Rouge, he went put all the info in the computer for me. He found the best bank to finance with and the best deal! I couldn't be happier. So if you want a honest person to buy a car from, go to Big Jon's used cars and ask for Jordan. You will find the best staff to help you get on the road with the car you love.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Sold me an absolute lemon!! Second day of driving the car I noticed it was leaking coolant… got with Marco, he told me to take the vehicle back to the shop and they would fix it. Fast-forward got the vehicle back from the shop literally the next day it was leaking coolant again. Marco then had said it could be from the A/C compressor failing and that he would get back to me with a price quote to get it fixed. Took a whole week for him to get back to me, I was tired of waiting and I finally took it too different shop. Took the car to get a diagnostic and straight from there they had told me the codes had gotten cleared and the coolant leaking was a blown head gasket. They got up into the engine, noticed almost everything needs to be replaced. The timing belt needs replaced, oil pump is leaking from front seal, injectors seals are leaking, brittle hose needs replacing, rear main seal needs replacing, head gasket needs replacing. There was no maintenance followed up with the car when I had bought the car originally from Jon’s auto, they had told me everything was maintenance but when I took it to the shop, it’s at right now they are now charging me thousands of dollars to get this car fixed properly. So again be AWARE and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
