I wish I could give negative stars! I never like rating a company badly but this place is terrible. I bought a vehicle from this place three weeks ago because a family member referred me to them. The test drive and everything went great aside from a few issues they knocked the price down for; however, things went down hill after pulled off of the lot and made it halfway home. The engine light came on, the car was shaking, it was all bad. I called the warranty company that Best Deals provided me and the warranty company doesn’t even cover the diagnostic fee or taxes. I called Best Deals to see if they’d work with me on my payment and to no one’s surprise, they just said I have three days to pay them. I was going to recommend all my folks to them because I was pleased with their service until I realized they sold me a freaking lemon. Now I’m SOL and still without a vehicle.
My car was good quality. The guys were easy to work with. Reasonable payments and easy process. UPDATE: 1 year later and someone wrecked the car i bought from here and i needed something quick and reliable to get into. The cars are decent as long as you keep up with regular maintenance. They guys are easy to work with as long as you hold up your end. No complaints second time around!
Listen these people are real good people. Don’t listen to these bad reviews. They are like family . I am literally sitting here purchasing my 3rd vehicle from them right now. Just pay your bill the payments are great. And it’s also great for you if your credit is jacked. My credit perfect but you can’t never go wrong with a good used vehicle, every vehicle that I purchased lasted me a long time until my wife ran the last one in the ground 😂
By place this place. Con-artist. Liers. Just straight up bogus all around. Gave these ppl $10,850 CASH money for a Jeep Compass... Piece of junk is what I got. Dash lights constantly comes on.. they claimed the put new rotors & breaks on my jeep.. why is it then that I still can't stop.?
