I bought a new Genesis GV80 here. They sold me a package that costs $1200 saying it was an interior detail and exterior detail that would last 6 years. They sent me to a random car washes detailer. I asked the detailer how much he charges for what I’m getting and he said it’s $299 and lasts 1 year not 6. So I paid $1200 for a $299 service. On top of that they did an awful job left marks everywhere and dirt on my seat. This is scummy behavior they are upselling a cleaning. When I brought it up to the dealer they said I was SOL. I don’t recommend their shady business practices.
