I have quite a few jeep dealerships within close proximity to my home. However, they were one of the dealerships that had a configuration I was interested in. I called to see if it was available. I was going to have a local dealer swap for it. Michael Kane was so engaging and easy to talk to that I decided to purchase from them. The negotiation lasted all of minutes because I had affiliate pricing. They were all very friendly, pleasant, professional, and I greatly enjoyed my experience with them. Yes, they were far away, but it was worth the effort to work with individuals that made a car purchase actually enjoyable. We all know that usually isn’t the case these days, but Bedford is the exception.

The answering service for the service department is consistently unresponsive, and reaching an actual representative for a basic status update is nearly impossible. At no point was there clear guidance on warranty procedures, expectations, or next steps — the burden was entirely on me to chase information that should have been proactively communicated. My vehicle remained with them for over two weeks with no loaner provided, which is a failure of customer support and resource planning. To be clear, this is not a criticism of the technicians themselves. This is a direct reflection of poor leadership, ineffective management oversight, and a lack of understanding of their customer base and service obligations. Based on this experience, I will not be returning for service, future purchases, or any dealership-related business. There are far more competent and customer‑focused operations available.
Great Service Department! I had to take my car in for 2 recalls and was nervous about having it done right. The dealer near my house is a disaster so I was looking for another dealer to do the work. A co-worker told me to go here, even though it was 45 minutes from my home. It was totally worth it. Sean the service advisor did a great job of making sure all the parts were available so the car would be finished as quickly as possible. Plus they have top level mechanics that actually know the cars. It was worth the trip to have my car serviced right.
My jeep covered under warranty needed a new oil pump. It took two weeks to get an appointment and then two full days to figure out the issue. Now I’ve been waiting two months for the part. I’ve been told UPS lost the package, it’s on back order and on and on. Now I’m told the part is in a week ago and they are preparing a loaner for me later in the week. Another week gone by. No loaner, no callback when messages left and my car still running with a faulty oil pump. This isn’t hard. Proactively be in touch with your customers, be on top of your parts, return messages and follow through on your word.
