DO NOT BUY I recently bought a 2015 Audi Q3 from Balic Auto Inc., and this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $10,000 in cash, and less than 24 hours after purchasing, the check engine and oil lights came on. The next morning, I took the car back, and their own mechanic told me to shut it off immediately because it was making noise — the engine had completely failed. The owner told me I’d have to wait until he figures out what’s wrong and refused to give me a refund. He only offered for me to pick another car from his lot, which I don’t want after what happened. I’m extremely disappointed and feel taken advantage of. No car that supposedly passed inspection should have its engine blow up within hours of purchase. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

I would strongly warn anyone considering Balic Auto Inc.. This dealership is completely unprofessional and sneaky. They sell cars that are in poor condition and clearly not as advertised, yet they act as if their only goal is to fatten their pockets rather than make customers happy. After buying a car from them, I immediately ran into serious mechanical problems. When I returned to address the issue, the staff and owner were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. They pressured me to pick another car from their lot instead of providing a refund or resolving the situation fairly. This dealership shows no integrity and does not care about the people they sell to. If you want a safe, reliable car and fair treatment, stay far away from Balic Auto Inc.

The manager at Balic Auto Inc. is the only helpful person there, but unfortunately, the owner makes the experience unsafe and unprofessional. He openly flashes a gun on his hip and acts arrogant, giving the impression that his gun and attitude make him untouchable. Meanwhile, he pressures customers, sells cars that are in poor condition, and refuses to take responsibility when things go wrong. This dealership is unsafe and untrustworthy. If you value your safety and money, stay far away from Balic Auto Inc.

I liked the selection of vehicles and the condition of the vehicles, so I brought my daughter to check them out. We visited about 7 other sources before finding Balic. We ran car fax reports on the vehicles we were interested in and test drive a few before deciding on a 2009 Jetta. We also researched repair reports. The Maryland state inspection said it needed new tires so we got all michelin tires! The car was clean inside and out. The entire process took about a week since our deposit was a personal check and we had to wait for that to clear . That gave me time to research extended warranty options and get insurance set up and my daughter's name . I believe their extended warranty option was the thing that led me to focus on them they offer a 90 day warranty for full price and the extended warranty options are a lot cheaper than some of these other places . I thought the price of the car was reasonable . In reviewing cars we listened to their caution on which cars would be more maintenance and what they could not guarantee . Within 24 hours the check engine light was on. Balic did nothing but duck us and asked if we had a mechanic we trusted. The item didn't fall under any of the extended warranties. My 19 year old was out an additional $650 for a repair. I've bought 2 used cars in the past from dealers and never had a problem. For peace of mind you may want to go elsewhere. We feel the check engine light was a cover up they ducked.

I have very good experience with Balic Autos, great customer service, best prices I ever seen. Highly Recommend and I want to say Thank you for Balic Autos and wonderful Workers 🙌
