Overall, this has been the worst Jeep dealership experience I’ve had in and around Denver. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for a squeaky noise that sounded like it was coming from the shocks. I explained that the noise seemed to be on the right side—likely the front right—though I couldn’t say with complete certainty. I also requested an oil change and asked for an assessment of my tires, as I knew they were likely nearing replacement. I was told everything would be checked thoroughly and that the vehicle would likely be ready in 2–3 weeks. Instead, it took over five weeks. The oil change was never completed util the day of pick up when I reminded them, and when I picked up the vehicle, it was still making the original noise. I reached out and was told I could bring it back the next day, but then the technician was out sick. While waiting to return the vehicle—and on only the second drive after getting it back—I received an “Immediate Air Suspension Attention Needed” warning. Although the alert cleared after about a minute, a few minutes later I experienced a tire blowout on the freeway. Because my Jeep is under warranty, I am required to go through this dealership. Unfortunately, this experience is one of many reasons I would never consider owning a Jeep again.

Both my service advisor Benjamin and my tech Nate F were awesome. Benjamin listened completely to my concerns and made sure he understood completely what the issues were with my Jeep Wrangler. Nate did an amazing job working on the Jeep and sent a video detailing the issues found, and the steps he took in the diagnostic. If you are looking for a good shop to take your Jeep vehicle to, you will not go wrong taking it to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. Make sure you ask for Nate as your Tech and Benjamin as your service advisor!

Fantastic offer on the New Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I've owned 3 other Jeep Saraha's in my lifetime and loved them all, had good deals on each but the recent Hybrid incentives are beyond compare, plus more horsepower and amazing E-power! (Lift!). The team at AutoNation did a great job managing the process and so I will certainly start my next trade in there!

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West and discovered just three days later that the passenger seat was missing a seatbelt. When I notified the dealership, they admitted they already knew about it and called it a “communication issue” between departments. Communication issue or not, this vehicle should never have left the lot missing a federally required safety feature—and it’s concerning that I had to be the one to point it out. It makes me question what other steps were missed during their “multi-point inspection.” On top of that, the buying process itself was incredibly slow and frustrating. Even though we had an appointment, we waited over 5.5 hours to complete the purchase, and the financing process was extremely aggressive. Overall, this was not a good experience and left me with serious concerns about both safety and transparency.

Customer Service was great and fast, Cameron helped me with everything I needed and was a very nice guy, props to him. The service itself did take 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation which is a bit long for that reason it’s 4 stars. The did a good job, just make sure you have nothing planned that day when you go!
