Brought my Mercedes in for service and my service advisor Sam informed me that my tires had damage, needed to be replaced and provided photos. I also needed a battery and had to get back home at a certain time. The guys did everything they could to get my car back in a safe, roadworthy condition on time. Sam was super courteous and honest not to mention helpful the whole time. I will be returning for service in the future.
