Updating my already 5 star review to say that these guys are THE ONLY SPOT anyone should be shopping for a quality used Mercedes Sprinter van. I believe they sell some other vehicles as well, regardless they are great people! I brought my van in for service because after driving for several months, a low coolant light came on, but my coolant level was fine. Plus my key fob wasnt working correctly and I had a tail light out (which is something id normally take care of but since I was bringing it in I figured I'd have them take care of that for me). Long story short, the coolant tank showed in stock in computer but he couldn't find it, so he told me that and that he would install a used one until I return for my oil change in a few thousand miles, he replaced my tail light, fixed my fob all fir the low price of ZERO DOLLARS!!! Its obviously because they didn't have the new tank, but I would have still happily paid for their time and the light. They didn't want to take my money. He said they'd have the tank when I return and that we can take care of it then! Not only that but the total price for replacing the coolant tank was quoted at only $220! I mean, a Mercedes dealership would charge me more than that for service on the key fob and replacing the tail light alone, not to mention the coolant tank! Could not be happier with autolika! Thanks gentlemen. Some real stand up guys !
After having bad experiences with the service departments at both VW and Mercedes dealerships, I decided to find an independent specialist to maintain my Mercedes Sprinter and VW Atlas. Both have been to Autolika multiple times and everything about the experience has been excellent. I highly recommend them if you need service and/or a detailing on your euro / German vehicles. I haven’t purchased a vehicle from them yet, but I would be very comfortable doing so, knowing that their service department prepared it for sale.
Marko was great to work with. Autolika cars are well maintained, they address any issues pre-sale, the cars are incredibly clean. Marko was very thorough in providing all prior maintenance records and other documentation we requested. We are very happy with the Audi Q3 we purchased and we will be back again.
I have to give a shout out to Marko at Autolica, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me asking questions and checking out several of their Sprinters, without rushing or feeling like I was being hustled, good guy. I did end up buying one and a couple other workers gave some input as well which helped me decide. I'll definitely return there for maintenance on my van and if things go well with work, I'll purchase another from them soon. Thanks again Marko!
