I was genuinely so hopeful for this dealership and buying my first car off of a lot instead of a private seller. I won’t be doing that again. I bought a 2013 MINI R60 S about 7 months ago. I have previously owned a MINI and was excited to be behind the wheel of another. I saw this car listed with very low mileage and plenty of cosmetic issues that I was willing to over look based on the low mileage engine. I purchased the car in April 2025, and had to do a thermostat replacement in May 2025 along with all coil packs, spark plugs, cabin air filter, tires, and even took it into a mini dealer for a look over. This car had codes cleared, and was now throwing upwards of 30 codes. The car also had tons of water leaks/ seal damage. Fast forward to July 2025 I’m driving to work and notice a loss of power while passing someone and only doing about 83mph. Definitely not normal. I pulled off immediately and called my mechanic. I suspected maybe bad fuel, wrong the turbo mains were bent, there was damage to the ac condenser, water pump, pulleys etc. My mechanic called and said there is no conceivable way this car has the miles on it that they claimed. The engine was in a condition of a car with 150k miles on it. Another huge red flag was a CAN BUS code leading to a misfire, and a plethora of other issues. This is a common issues for MINIs but also can be nearly impossible to track down and resolve. I was reassured that this car would be perfect for me, I was reassured that this low mileage car would last me a long time. I have only been able to drive the car for 2 months out of 6. I’m completely appalled by this experience and knew the things people say about used car sellers. As a single mom, I was trying to find something reliable and safe for my son and I. I will never trust a used car dealer again. I closed with them for $10k, and the supposed mileage of less than 31k (which is it’s now current mileage.)

Communication through the day (an estimate of work, cost and timing) was great. And my car was ready as promised. They even have a secure system for after hours pickup. AND I saved a few hundred dollars compared to the dealership, I had called for pricing. They even washed the exterior of the car.

They're super thorough, they're very clear about the work performed and what the car needs, they're upfront about servicing and don't try and get you to throw anything else on top, and they're great about communication and updates while the car is in the shop.
