Raman was kind, accommodating, and patient with us since the very moment I first called to purchase a car. He spoke to me on the phone, and met me at the dealership once I had picked out a car I liked. I have had zero issues with the car so far and I felt he was honest and trustworthy throughout the whole process. He always made sure we knew what to expect after the car was purchased as far as warranty, getting the plates, getting insurance set up, etc. I would recommend this facility and Raman was excellent to work with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This establishment is a fraudulent, conniving do no good business. I canceled my GAP and warranty in 09/25, warranty company sent the two checks in October back to the dealership. All that’s left is for the dealership to send the refund back to the bank. It’s been almost 6 months and I’ve heard every story in the book except the one that explains where the money is and why the bank hasn’t received it. Mike is the name of the person who sold me the car. And for some reason the refund went to another dealership they claimed to be affiliated with, just for me to call said dealer, ‘Lee’s riverside auto’ in Elk,MN, and for the manager to say they aren’t affiliated with them in any way. These guys are AWESOME (Prince and Raman)! This was my first time buying and financing a car. I was nervous about the process and iffy about the car we would end up with after so many past fails with other used card dealerships. These guys are the real deal. Super friendly, patient, informative, they aim to give you the best deal possible, and build rapport. They asked us what we wanted then searched their inventory and suggested the car we actually came to test out. The car was like new! I really appreciate their assistance with the registration process. They answered all of our questions, helped us get insurance, recommended a place to get good tires, and made sure we didn’t leave with any worries or concerns. Even the insurance places they connected us to were friendly and helpful. I will say the process was a bit long, we were there for a few hours. I didn’t mind though!. It’s so worth it in the end. We left with our car and couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys so much!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid Auto Tech Car Sales I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Auto Tech Car Sales, and I would highly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with them. I purchased a car from them, and the sales manager, Prince, assured me that they would fix a panel on my car. He promised to handle it promptly since I had to get back to college. However, after that initial promise, he completely ghosted me. I’ve sent multiple texts trying to follow up, and not once have I received a response. I even asked for the owner’s contact information, hoping to escalate the issue and get some resolution, but Prince flatly refused to provide it. To say that I’m frustrated would be an understatement. This is a classic example of poor customer service, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. At this point, I’m left with a vehicle that’s not properly fixed and zero communication from the dealership. If you value your time, money, and integrity, stay far away from Auto Tech Car Sales. Their sales promises are worthless, and once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. This is no way to run a business, and it’s clear they don’t value repeat customers. I’m still waiting for a resolution, but I’m not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere all Prince will do is lie to you and try to take your money and put it in his pocket.
