We were very impressed with Russ. We heard about Russ through a work colleague who has used him twice and was very happy with his services. Our friend is a pretty smart guy so we trusted his judgement. And the online reviews were very positive. Russ was very communicative by phone and text while we were trying to narrow down our choices. And we found him easy to understand and a good listener regarding what we needed. Ultimately we found our perfect car online at a dealership an hour away from us and we called Russ for advice. It was a new vehicle and the model is selling out very quickly on all dealership lots. Currently there were only two on the west coast with the trim level and color combo that we really wanted. Russ checked around and told us he couldn't do better than what the dealership was offering us. So he coached us on how to handle the transaction and he answered follow up questions, all without charging a fee. We followed his advice and actually got a further discount while in the dealership. That's excellent business practice and we will now be telling our friends about Russ. Also, our understanding is that Russ now works alone so any reviews from years ago about the business may not accurately reflect Russ himself and his work ethics.
