Best experience I’ve ever had . Was looking for a camper made an appointment and the owner and staff were completely amazing. Buying a new car is never a fun experience but auto martt has made it one of the best buying experiences we ever had! We are in Cincinnati and auto martt sent us videos and everything we asked for before making the drive down. Once we decided to get the car auto martt went out of their way and had 2 wonderful gentleman drive the car to us and meant them in Florance. When we met them the gentleman they were so nice. We got to check out the vehicle and take it for a ride before we signed any papers. They walked through everything with us. Everyone I have talked to at auto martt from the sales men to the title Clerk were amazing. Talon was especially amazing. He was one of the best sales man I ever dealt with. He was beyond caring and we definitely didn't feel like we got the run around at all. I will definitely be going back to auto martt for any other car purchases I may need. We got a 2017 dodge durango and its in perfect condition well taking care of and very clean. Auto Martt is not lying when they say they check out/over their used vehicle's before selling them. OH they also sell RV if your looking for one. I Guaranteed your get the same amazing service.
I’ve purchased several cars in my lifetime and this by far was the easiest. The entire staff from start to finish were wonderful. They gave me a great deal, a great car and great service! I will definitely purchase from them again.
Update: I HAVE purchased new tires, it was not a quote. They were put on TODAY. The tires were a road hazard and could have blown out at any time. Even the business who changed them said it was sad the car was sold with these tires, and that they wouldn't drive on them, personally! After the salesman at Auto Martt said the "extended warranty was to keep business friendly if the car had issues," it would seem that the issues were known, and Auto Martt was just trying to make more money out of this sale. Cleaning and shining the tires of a used car is a way to make them present as "new" or undamaged, as it can hide many defects. I asked about the tires, and was assured they were new, that there were no known issues. That was not true. The tires dry-rotted, a result of sitting on the lot, in the sun, without using the car. Maybe the car was serviced, but tires dry-rot from sitting. This is shady practice on the dealerships part. I stand by my review of staying away from this business. The "good deals" they have on their cars are most likely contributed to by the fact they have issues, such as dry-rotted tires! Giving 2 stars, only because the lady who did our loan/paperwork was amazing. Otherwise, avoid this place. I asked multiple times about the quality of the brakes/tires of the 2016 Buick Envision I purchased. I had concerns they may not be very new, and about stop times. Tires were very clean and shiny, as if they had been polished. Fast forward a couple of weeks, the tires are no longer "shined" on the rubber and ALL OF THE CRACKSA ARE VISIBLE. Took it to my local tire shop, only to be told the tires are 6 years old and completely dry-rotted; deemed not safe to drive on. The new tires will cost me $800. Additionally, the brakes are NOT new and will have to be replaced, too. The sales representative REPEATEDLY told me that the vehicle had undergone an inspection that covered everything, including tires and brakes, and that it was all good. He repeated this several times throughout our encounter, while pushing an extended warranty. With advice from an auto shop I have always used, I cannot drive until the tires are changed, as the risk of a blowout was deemed HIGH. Auto Martt lied to my face, their inspection is crap or not really done. The salesman knew damn well that the tires and brakes were old. Again, ALL FOUR tires are DRY-ROTTED, the brakes are NOT new, and I am going to be out $800+ just for the price of tires, not including brake replacement on all four wheels. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS LOT
