We bought a car from Auto House Oakbrook in March of 2024 for $8,000. Within 5 months, we spent over $5,500 in repairs. In hindsight, we should not have repaired the car. A few weeks ago, we had to take the car in to be repaired again because it kept stalling on me when I turned right. We were told it would cost another $7,700 to fix it. We decided then to sell the car... we will be receiving a check for only $200 because the car is worth nothing. We paid almost $14,000 for a car we no longer have... we have nothing to show for it and I am just heart-broken over such a financial loss. We had the car a little over 5 months. I reached out to Auto House a couple of times with no response. What kind of place doesn't even respond to my email? Did they even look at this car before selling it? They would have seen so many issues. I will never buy a car from them again.
