I recently bought my third car from Auto Haus, and it was again a very fine experience. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional and gracious and informative. I commend in particular Ben Heath who sold me the car and also Steve in finance and the sales manager.

Service department is top notch. Landon, Kenneth and anyone else I have spoken with in the service department are always professional and courtesy. The service team is quick, efficient, knowledgeable and don’t try to sell repairs that are not needed. They answer any questions I have in detail so I understand the process and what’s being done. I highly recommend Auto Haus Williamsburg service department.

Great experience! Denver made buying a car from our of state easy. Very accommodating, sent additional photos, picked me up at the airport. I got a great car at a very reasonable price and a painless process. 5 stars!

UPDATED REVIEW: Over the last few weeks, Auto Haus — particularly Vince, the manager at the Williamsburg location — has gone out of his way to address and help rectify the situation. I do wish the owner had allowed me the opportunity to update my review before responding publicly, as I was waiting for our most recent transaction to conclude. Auto Haus did ultimately purchase the car in question from me, though the offer was only a few hundred dollars higher than what companies like Carvana had provided. The price doesn't matter - the purchase itself is what brought me back to provide more insight. They made right on what was otherwise a frustrating experience. I was ready to update my review to five stars, but given the owner’s response, I just couldn’t do it. It’s fair to note that I chose not to purchase an extended warranty — however, it’s unreasonable to expect a transmission and ECU failure within a year of ownership, for a car purchased from a reputable dealer - used or not. I’m also unclear where the referenced “$2,000 in discounts” came from; after reviewing my service records, I didn’t find this reflected. That said, they did waive the diagnostic fee on my last visit, which I appreciate. I had originally planned to pursue my next vehicle purchase with Auto Haus following their efforts to make things right with the Audi, but I’ve decided it’s best to move on. The staff here are genuinely friendly and accommodating — just be sure to do your due diligence with any purchase. --- We bought our vehicle through Auto Haus’s sister store in Yorktown and have had it serviced regularly at the Williamsburg location ever since. Unfortunately, it’s been a rough experience. In just three years — and with fewer than 25,000 miles driven locally — we’ve spent close to $15,000 on major repairs, including a new transmission and ECU unit in the first year alone. Most recently, we were quoted over $8,000 in additional “critical” repairs ranging from failing engine mounts and suspension issues to engine leaks and caliper failure. None of which was mentioned during numerous service appointments. I completely understand that used cars can come with issues, but the lack of accountability and support from Auto Haus for a vehicle they sold has been really disappointing.

Outstanding experience with Auto Haus. Thank you Brian and Steve. The service was outstanding and the car prices were very reasonable. Since I live in two hours away, I wanted to know many details about the car of interest before deciding if it was worth the trip. Brian did an outstanding job describing the car, promptly providing extra pictures, answering questions, and sending me the CARFAX. My husband and I decided to make the drive. Brian’s description of the car was spot on. He said it was immaculate and that was exactly what we found. No surprises. We appreciated the professionalism, not being pushy, and the team efforts to make our experience very pleasant. We’re extremely pleased with our purchase and we highly recommend Auto Haus for used car purchases.
