DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! READ WHAT THEY DID TO ME BEFORE YOU GET BURNED TOO!! I recently bought a car here at this dealership. I asked a lot of questions about the car I was interested in because I was driving 4.5 hours to get to their dealership from out of state. I was told the car was put through a 100 point safety check. ( I later found out it WAS NOT!) I had some questions about a couple of obvious concerns about the car… they discounted me $100 off the selling price… to “ Seal the deal” and gave me a “90 day “BUMPER TO BUMPER” warranty for any issues with the vehicle. I asked are you sure about the coverage? They said it’s BUMPER TO BUMPER!! Well, upon buying and driving it home 4.5 hours… the CHECK ENGINE light came on about 90 minutes into the return trip home…it went into “LIMP MODE!” I finally got it home…(Barely) I had it checked out at my mechanics garage…they recommended I use my warranty as it needed a lot of repairs. I called the WARRANTY company…and they told me NOTHING is covered by the warranty!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I have $4,789.00 worth of repairs BEFORE I’m able to drive my car! I spoke with them at the Dealership…they said call the Warranty company…I nothing but the run around!! I did call the warranty company again… they said we don’t cover ANY OF YOUR ISSUES!! These are USELESS PEOPLE at the Dealership!! THEY LIED TO ME (and to my witness)… they MISREPRESENTED the Warranty and they ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!! Upon talking with the dealership about this matter… they hung up on me!! Scam artists for sure!! I’m consulting with legal counsel about this matter!!

He reassured me that my location wouldn’t be an issue and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. He was courteous, kind, and genuinely great to work with. B handled the paperwork and followed up on all the details, making everything seamless from start to finish. This was hands down the easiest and most positive car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Whether you’re local or buying from another state, MJ and B will take great care of you. I highly recommend Auto Galleria and thank them for the exceptional service!
Pros: • Got a nice set of tires • Car was detailed Cons: • Rude customer service / lack of basic professionalism • Check engine light came on the day of purchase (resolved by replacing spark plugs for ~$100) • Check engine light returned within a few weeks due to a thermostat/coolant system issue (quoted ~$1,200) Observation: When discussing the situation, the response focused on timing rather than acknowledging that the coolant issue developed later and was unrelated to the initial spark plug fix. Takeaway: Always get a third-party pre-purchase inspection. I knew better and won’t make that mistake again.
Drove a total of 16 hours round trip to look at the Jeep, one owner, I know it’s old, but it was misinterpreted…BIG TIME! Trim broken an some missing, dent in fender behind flare, glove box would not close, exhaust was loud, I can handle the fact of a loud exhaust and normal scratches and such, no place to park, especially with a trailer, left outside forever waiting on them to get the vehicle and never did drive it, he did call and offer to let me drive it, but I had left out of frustration, the vehicle could have been represented better and saved me 500 and a vacation day, he said if I found anything wrong he would give me money, he wouldn’t even refund the 500 deposit, I wouldn’t mind if the 1997 Jeep Cherokee was in great condition, it was nothing like the pictures, the place is like a big auction house, I’ve never left a review, definitely not a bad one before, but buyer beware, this place is a joke.
Buyer beware: I went to go look at a 2007 Toyota Tundra. The CARFAX report was clean, however upon arrival the Tundra showed significant damage on passenger right-side (See attached pics & compare both sides). Replacement headlights , passenger side bed damage & muffler indicate unreported repair. In addition, Underneath there are frame rust issues and corrosion issues in the engine bay. IMO not worth the asking price, take care
