I started at Springhill Toyota looking online for a vehicle. The Rav 4 2025 White in Color caught my attention! Bryan Goodwin texted me instantly with the questions I had about the vehicles there! He assured me they there were several programs that Toyota offered. I texted Bryan when I had arrived met up with him he was so very kind knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle! He was stuck by me throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end. He had assured me everything was going to work out! With ease and compassion Bryan went over and beyond services! When the process was over he handed me my keys told me congratulations! He tooked the time out to show me how to operate and download apps from my phone on to my new vehicle he was very patient and informative!! Bryan for the Win! We love Bryan Goodwin!!

Alan was incredibly helpful throughout our car-buying experience. He was patient, never pushy, and truly nothing like the typical car salesman.
