They definitely won’t remember me as I was here nearly 4 years ago, but I figured better late than never to write this. 4 years ago at only 17 years old, Auto Experts sold me my first car that was also my dream car, a 2007 Hummer H3. Upon the first visit, the air conditioning system did not work and there was so little gas in the tank, I thought it was going to stall in the parking lot during the test drive. However, I fell in love with the car and knew I wanted it immediately. My family and I were told that other people who were interested in the vehicle called about it, and I remember being so scared that it was going to be sold to someone else before we came back for it, but Sam held it for me. Notifying him about the issues with the A/C and the empty gas tank, he said he would have his cousin (who owns a shop) take a look at it. When we went to get the car (3 days later), the air conditioning system was fixed and the tank was filled free of charge to us. After signing the papers, he also threw in some nice floor mats for free that I still have to this day. Yes, it’s an old car, it’s had lots of issues since then (mainly electrical) and it wasn’t in what would be considered “perfect” cosmetic condition but that’s not the fault of Auto Experts and is to be expected when buying a used car as-is! Still, I wouldn’t trade this car for anything. Nothing has ever made me happier than this car (which is now named Cynthia) and I don’t think anything ever will. I’ve driven to every job I’ve ever had in this car, took my graduation pictures with this car, survived my first accident in this car (barely any damage, they didn’t stand a chance against Cynthia lmao), and so much more. Owning this car has been the most rewarding experience. I didn’t know anything about cars beforehand, but that all changed 4 years ago. I’ve learned so much and found a passion for cars I never knew I had. I could go on and on but what I’m really trying to say is thank you Auto Experts for changing my life. 🥹

Had a very good experience working with Sam at Auto Experts. He runs the whole business on his own, so make sure to set up an appointment with him before going. He sells very clean cars that he checks thoroughly with his mechanic. I recently bought a 2013 F250 from him that was in outstanding condition. He also does fair offers on trade ins. The process of buying with him is quick and no nonsense. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car that doesn't want to deal with the issues that you would normally deal with at dealerships.
