This is the review that I was looking for when I was looking at reviews for car dealerships. This is my first time buying my own car and during this time I’ve test driven many cars and went to so many different used car dealerships and was uncomfortable for various reasons at many places. This was one of the first dealerships I walked into where I was comfortable with the service and professionalism. Mo is literally the best. I came for a specific car they had on the lot and he pulled it up and ready for me to take a test drive. He was very honest with me about vehicle and was extremely thorough with all the questions we had regarding the vehicle itself as well as the financials and everything else we questioned. Buying a used car can be risky so I am very cautious about a lot of things and ask literally a thousand annoying questions. With that being said Mo did everything we asked of him and more and was super easy to get along with. He was easy to contact over the phone as well and made things very easy for us while we were present in the shop itself. He also helped me setup some things in my car and showed me my way around the features and even still answered questions for us after we left the lot over the phone.
