2022 GX 460 I had a battery problem and algae clogging up my drain tube of my moonroof The battery was 3.5 years old and has a four year warranty They took me on short notice and fixed everything under warranty The place is absolutely spotless. The people are very friendly and competent. Brand new battery under warranty In 2015 I brought in a 2010 GX 460 this Lexus dealer replaced a transmission $8000 under a one time Goodwill gesture under warranty, even though it was 5 1/2 years I had reported Dashboard lights coming on at four years and 11 months and they honored the warranty I can’t speak more highly about this dealer and Service at Lexus in Springfield, Massachusetts Great snacks, and fresh coffee, clean bathrooms, friendly people
