Bought a 2018 Chrysler 300s at a decent price and my salesman, Jay, was pretty cool, BUT I mentioned the radio screen bubbling up and my salesmen said it wouldn’t be a problem, and it wasn’t, UNTIL I got it home about an hour later. The screen started bugging out like someone was tapping the screen (it called the SOS line built into the radio at one point). I called the dealership multiple times to see what they could do, even offered to pay to get it fixed, they said they’d call me back after each time I called, and they never did. I ended up fixing it myself but I would definitely take a VERY good look at the ride before buying it because they won’t help you out after they get their sale. Other than that I love the car but wish I bought it somewhere else that at least cared enough to call me back.
I flew from Maryland just to deal with the professionals present here. I was able to deal with the sales persons without issue and without going home feeling at a loss. They were very professional and gave me exactly what I was looking for below the usual price. I’d recommend them to friends if it wasn’t an 8.5 hour drive. Should you have dealings with them, know you are in great hands.
