Edited post : the car came back from the mechanic and there was a hole in the oil pan leaking oil all over the engine and exhaust causing the car to smoke, I also had to pay for a brand new exhaust which was 700 dollars since the old exhaust was done horribly. Stay away from this company. I recently purchased a Honda Civic Si from this company, and unfortunately the entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Communication was a mess. At one point, they completely lost track of where the car was. When we called to check on the status, we were told that no one had even picked it up yet and then somehow it arrived later that same day. That level of disorganization is concerning when you’re making a major purchase. When the car finally showed up, the condition was unacceptable. The welding work looked extremely sloppy, like it had been done by a 12-year-old. On top of that, the entire exhaust pipe was broken, and the car arrived very dirty. It did not look inspected, detailed, or properly checked over before delivery. I’m giving two stars because the car did eventually arrive, but the lack of communication, poor quality workmanship, broken exhaust, and overall condition made this a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better professionalism and quality control. I would strongly recommend they improve their inspection process and customer communication before I would consider buying from them again.
