Said that they had a part, already purchased it. They also said they’ll call back never did, so i called them and was on hold for 20 mins and someone finally replied saying he would give me a call when they got the part out the car. Turns out they NEVER had the part but already took the money…. Maybe don’t take the money until you’re 100% sure you have the parts. Very poor customer service as well. I’ll never be back here.
Awful saw 2 of the exact same cars as mine in the front with the wheel I needed on them. Went in on Friday said they had the part, I know I saw them. It would take a couple hours to get it, but had me pay 1st. Got call later they didn't have my part so now I wait for a refund to hit my card. Annoying. Honestly you all just need to be honest while you are trying to sell whole cars and change your business to a used car lot. I will ne going back in there to check on my refund today

I am new to indianapolis and I needed a part for my car. They were the closest to my location so I gave them a chance and called. They said they had the part. I showed up, paid for the part, waited 2 hours to be told the car was crushed that morning. 6 months later I gave them another chance. Silly me. Paid for the part and was told it would be a least an hour before they would pull the part. I was 4th inline. Showed up after an hour and was told i was 4th inline still. Waited another 2 1/2 hrs to be told again that they just crushed the car that morning. Won't be going back ever.
