It was an easy ride up the Garden State Parkway to Exit 41. The weather was beautiful with very little traffic. The dealership provides everything the Harley rider could need. Don't miss out on the HOG area either. Restrooms available as well.
I first visited ACHD back on '22 for the 5k service on my '21 Road Glide Special and my latest visit was today for the 1k service on my '24 Street Glide. Although I didn't end up getting either bike at ACHD (through no fault of theirs), the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and completely free of pressure or attitude. Even when simply stopping by for a visit, I always leave happier than when I arrived. The positive reviews you've heard and read about their service department are true. I ride over an hour to ACHD for my service, even though I live considerably closer to two other dealerships. What sets ACHD apart is that they actually *listen* to what you have to say and shoot straight in return. They've never made me feel rushed or that my concerns weren't legitimate. They take the time to answer my questions knowledgeably and in a professional, friendly demeanor. If you've been around bikes and dealerships for a while then you know how rare that can be. Even if you aren't in need of service or in the market for a bike, do yourself a favor and stop by. It's just a great place to be!
Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice selection of old Harley Bikes and accessories on the 2nd floor. Worth to visit. Pokerchips are available, but 3,95 $ is too expensive. Definitely a place you must see.
I've bought 2 bikes from there over the past years. Both times the process went well and I feel I got a good deal. Parts are usually in stock and a good selection of Bling to trick your bike out.
First time the place is nice and comfy had a museum on the 2nd floor with the harley history. Staff was very friendly. Got my poker chips and a pair of new goggles. Great prices.
