I went in for a oilchange and a recall, drop off vehicle at 9:30 am,.received a call around 1 pm saying they were short staff that my service would take longer, and I was ok with it, had a call back around 3 pm saying my vehicle won't be ready until 5pm, and again I had no.problem.with it, but when I arrived past 5pm my vehicle had not been even started to be work on I decided to just leave and when I found my vehicle it was park next to a dumpster so rounded by a bunch of trash, when I complained about it all they do.it was just gave me a call to tell.me how sorry they were about the situation. Won't go back to them anymore
