Definitely NOT honest. Deceptive to make money then refusing to do the right thing and even lying to authorities. In less than a month of having it, there were major fuel and electrical issues. Mechanic discovered a rotten frame that started to bend once on a lift and deemed unsafe to drive! Whole frame was rotted and rusted through but I was told "it's just surface rust, no safety is compromised it's fine". Now 12k in the hole with a vehicle that is literally falling apart with a split frame! I was told I'm stuck with it and it's my problem! Great customer service guys, love the lack of a conscience putting a small child (who was with me at purchase) into an unsafe vehicle that never should have been sold! Glad you got your payout though!

They were also very patient with us as we planned out our schedule, not like the typically aggressive, pushy salespeople you’re used to dealing with. They also worked with us since we didn’t realize the bank was closed the day we made the transaction. The most impressive part to us was that he actually called a month or so later to see how things were going with our purchase.
