Car is amazing....love it but they was supposed to replace the radio screen back in September and here it is Dec and the owner will not even talk to us. Customer service here is crazy. Guess it's small claims court and I have a signed contract showing he owes us the screen.
The car we bought here was off the road for 2 of the first 6 weeks we had it. There was a major engine code that had been cleared around the time Appalachian Auto Brokers acquired the car. Our mechanic was able to figure out there was an underlying issue within a few minutes, so we are disappointed that AAB was not able to figure out and disclose the problem. After almost $1000 of repairs, the car is running but there is still an ongoing issue with the turbo performance. Additionally getting paperwork submitted for our tag was a huge hassle. After over a month it still was not even sent to the DMV. We had to follow up with the owner multiple times to get him to send it in. They need to be more proactive updating their customers. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. After sending the owner a message letting him know the problems we had, he did not even bother responding. Once the car is out the door, he just doesn't care.
