I brought my brand-new GMC Hummer to this dealership for an alignment issue and ultimately spent over five hours at the dealer across two separate visits, including leaving the vehicle overnight, with the problem never being resolved. On the first visit, after two hours of waiting, I drove off only to immediately realize the alignment had been made worse. I returned the same day and waited another two hours, yet the issue still was not corrected. After speaking to the service manager, I then returned a second day, left the vehicle overnight, and was explicitly assured by the service manager that the issue had been fixed. That assurance was false. Upon pickup, the vehicle drove exactly the same as before, with the alignment problem still present—on a brand-new car. Throughout this process, the staff maintained a nonchalant, dismissive attitude, showing no appreciation for a customer’s time and no real concern that a new vehicle had been mishandled multiple times. While the service manager was involved, accountability and follow-through were still lacking, and the overall customer experience deteriorated further. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was repeated failure, poor workmanship, and the service manager and another’s staffers interactions were intentionally disrespectful. I would strongly recommend choosing a different dealer, one that values customer service, respects customers’ time, and takes responsibility when issues arise—especially on a brand-new vehicle.

He walked us through everything clearly and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Once we moved to the finance office, Donna the finance manager made the process just as smooth. She explained all of the details thoroughly, and there were no surprises or hidden issues—just a straightforward and professional experience. From start to finish, this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. My experience was deeply frustrating and disheartening. I was shown and test drove one vehicle, but was ultimately sold a completely different model that lacked the performance and features of the one I agreed to. Once the paperwork was signed, the level of service and care completely vanished. It felt like the dealership got paid and immediately stopped caring about the customer. When I reached out for help and asked to speak with someone higher up, I was repeatedly told “there’s nothing we can do.” Even after I documented issues with the car on the same day of purchase, management refused to take responsibility or offer any fair solution. I was left feeling dismissed, unheard, and taken advantage of. What should have been an exciting new beginning turned into one of the most disappointing car buying experiences I’ve ever had. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in dealerships, and I’m now extremely hesitant to finance any vehicle in the future because of how poorly this was handled. Please — read every line carefully, double-check that the vehicle you’re getting is the one you were promised, and don’t assume this dealership will have your back once the deal is done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
