I purchased my 2020 Lincoln Navigator Black Label from this location, and I’ve been the owner for approximately three years. Since then, I’ve had to visit the service department four times to fix ongoing issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately, despite all these visits, the problems have never been fully resolved. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the premium level of this vehicle and the expectations that come with the Black Label certification. I expected better quality, reliability, and above all, service — but this dealership has consistently failed to deliver. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides a permanent solution. 👉 The business owner responded to my review asking me to contact them, but the phone number they provided is not reachable. I have been going to Angela Kraus since we purchased my car. I actually feel that they truly do care for me and my vehicle. Sometimes it’s hard to trust because you have no clue on what is truly needed for the up keep of your vehicle, but with them I honestly say I trust them. Kevin in Quick Lanes was so awesome and personable. He took such great care and truly looked out for me. Even when he had to leave he made sure to check on me and let me know he was leaving and who will be taking care of me in his absence. Was very pleased with the entire experience from everyone.
