If I could give 20 stars I would! My salesman Alan, was kind and very knowledgeable, helpful and “no pressure” (which is important to me). I thought I had found the perfect car. Frank Bleers, Andy, and Brandon were all fantastic! From the moment we entered the dealership, Frank was so patient and helpful. We weren’t going to be ready for a month or two when we first went in but wanted to compare the Grand Highlander and 4Runner. Even though he knew we weren’t quite ready, he still took his time to go through all of the benefits of each vehicle and test drives for both. I brought my car in for repair of a tire going flat due to a screw puncture. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The repair was made quickly. My car also received a multi-point inspection. The Service Writer highlighted two areas for future attention — tires and brake pads. I received a car wash coupon. There was no charge but I was advised that in 2026 there will be a charge for such tire service. As always, Anderson Toyota’s Service was outstanding!
