Halfway across the country away from North Branch, MN, I took the leap and bought a used F 150 from them, unseen but for the Web pictures. Brad Erickson and A&K did not disappoint. Brad was easy to deal with, professional, responsive, polite, and answered my questions in a timely manner. The truck was as advertised and to date, I am happy with my purchase. I probably won't be able to send him business from 1,400 miles away but would not hesitate if it came to it.
Bought vehicle from them. Test drove it and wife love it. They had to do some work to it. Came back to purchase the vehicle the next weekend. Sales staff were very friendly. We live 5 1/2 hours away, so it was long trip back. We were on our way back and my wife was following me at good distance. I looked back and notice the passenger side daytime running light was partially dim. We got to our first stop and I went back to my wife’s car and noticed a chip in windshield also. I did not pay much attention to windshield when we picked it up. My fault there. Anyway I contacted my sales guy next business day told him about it. Even took pictures and sent it. Said they would offer free diagnostic on the headlight. So I am suppose drive 5 1/2 hours for something I just diagnosed for them. I think there service department needs little training on T/I vehicles prior to sale. This would have been caught. Also the recon department needs little training there was bunch scratches on passenger side. Didn’t notice it much since it rained during time of pickup. Not saying this is a bad dealership. Just need pay attention detail.
