I have purchased cars from new car dealers in the past but this was my first experience with a used car dealer. Completely positive experience!! I met all three generations of the family during my transaction and they treated me as if I were part of that family. Highly recommended!
Amyn Motors is the worst dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The condition of a 1989 Mercedes 560SL was completely misrepresented. Amyn claimed it had never been in an accident, it had. He claimed it was all original when it was obviously not. Amyn ripped me off and lied to my face repeatedly. I have now had to hire an attorney in Utah and am in the process of hiring an attorney in Georgia. We’re also having to file complaints with the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles. My repair bill is over $8,000 and I’ve put less than 50 miles on it. Absolutely insane that this guy hasn’t been put out of business. I wish I’d never bought a car from Amyn Motors.
Excellent service! I found a 2022 Ram 1500 Tenth Anniversary Edition Pickup on Marketplace that spiked my interest, so I contacted them. Very courteous reply was received and we exchanged several messages then phone calls. The seller was helpful in every way. The negotiations were easy and not high pressure. We came to an agreement on trading price. I live three hours west or the dealership, and driving time would put them at closing time, but they were more than happy to wait for me to go to the bank get a cashiers check and make the journey. Once at the dealership I was greeted as if I had just met an old long time friend. This is a third generation family business and I see why they have been so successful. Everyone from the 75 year old great grandfather to the youngest helper treated me with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. The truck was everything I expected, the transaction was flawless and I have found new friends. I received a call the next morning to check with me and inquired if my return trip was ok, and if I was satisfied with the purchase! Thanks guys I wish you all the best in the future.
