I had a terrible experience at Amicars when I went for a car inspection. While I understand my window tints were above the legal limit and needed to be removed, the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Initially, I was told it would cost $10 per window to remove the tint, which I agreed to. However, as the process took longer than expected, they decided to double the price to $20 per window without any justification other than their own delays. To make matters worse, their removal process was careless and caused noticeable damage to my car. They left a melted piece of plastic stuck in the carpet, a piece of tint wedged between the window glass, and even managed to melt the outside silicone of my car. I have no idea why they were using a heat gun on the exterior, but the damage they caused is completely unacceptable. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only did they fail to complete the job properly, but they also left me with unnecessary damage to my vehicle. Also, let me not forget to mention that my car was cleaned the day before so the extra dirt seen on the carpet in the last photo was from them.
Easy to deal with, low pressure, I got a great deal on a new work van from these guy. Very up front and honest, sent me the full report from auction with before and after pictures of the repairs they made. Love my new work van. Price was sweet enough that I flew in from Kentucky to drive it back home.
I had a great experience with Ami cars. Bassam was friendly and reasonable and gave a great deal on a 2011 Accord with only 110,000 miles on it, that was in amazing condition. The car was having A/C issues when I looked at it. He had a whole new A/C compressor put in it and had it running ice cold before I came to pick up the car. I came with my own financing from my bank, they made the purchasing and titling process nice and easy for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Amicars!!
Liz was great! I was skeptical about purchasing a car from here based on the reviews I’ve read. But when it comes down to it you should always have a mechanic with you when buying a car. An honest salesman will allow you to inspect the vehicle before purchase. Liz allowed us to put the car on the lift and check everything before we purchased it she also instructed us to go on a test drive not down the street but on the highway to make sure it shifted right and everything was good. I purchased a 2010 Honda CRV it didn’t need a blend door actuator which they ordered and tried to fix my boyfriend is going to have to make some adjustments because it’s not 100% fixed yet. However they did replace my axle because it had a small leak. I felt that they were very honest and we got a good car for a good price in this market. I would send a friend here for a vehicle. Ask for Liz.
