Tyler (you rock!!!!) my sales rep was extremely professional, polite, not pushy and very well knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. Tyler is the perfect example on the definition of “Customer Service “. If you haven’t given him a raise or promoted him well you should!!! I will say this I did look at a Honda at Vinart Honda on Lehigh st and the rep over there was so rude to me to the point he said to me “ hurry up and buy the car and get this over with”. Someone needs to put me in a commercial. I cannot say it loud enough, my family exclusively shops for cars from enterprise. They play no games. They sell good quality affordable vehicles. They won’t try to lowball you on your trade-in either. The sales reps will actually fight for top dollar for your trade-in to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible. I saw the Jeep I wanted and emailed them that i’m coming in after work. Please have it ready at this date and time and from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, it was exactly an hour and a half. I’ve had such good experiences purchasing vehicles from enterprise that I made my family exclusively shop there for whatever vehicles they’re looking for.

When we first entered Enterprise we were greeted within minutes, everyone was so friendly. We had Emily as our rep and she was wonderful. My husband and I took the car for a test drive while they looked at my trade and got everything together. They made the buying and trading process so easy and gave us an incredible amount for my car. I would totally buy another car from Enterprise when I’m in the market again! We were so happy with the process. We were there for a total of 45 minutes and most of that was our test drive!
