Let me tell you that this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer! I had the pleasure of working with Moises and he was so attentive and helpful from the first day. Lies, manipulation, and intimidation from start to finish. The vehicle (a 2017 Ford Edge) was advertised at $10,880. After discussions, the price was supposed to be clear. However, at the time of signing, I was not given the opportunity to properly read the contract. I was rushed and repeatedly told “sign, everything is fine”, while $1,960 was added to the vehicle price without my consent, raising the total to around $12,850. Fortunately, the bank later canceled the financing, and I had to return the vehicle 10 days later. At first, the dealership refused to return my $2,500 down payment entirely. After I insisted, they finally agreed to return only $500, claiming the remaining $2,000 was kept to cover depreciation because I drove 1,700 miles in 10 days, and alleged repair costs on my trade-in vehicle. This is dishonest. I am an Uber driver, they knew this from the beginning, and high mileage was fully expected. But it’s okey … Most importantly, no repairs were ever done on my trade-in vehicle. The dealership later admitted in writing that they only performed a diagnostic inspection and a cleaning. Despite this, they unjustly kept $2,000 through false statements, pressure, and manipulation. ⚠️ Be extremely careful. These are not isolated practices. You can find the same behavior going back years by reading their oldest negative reviews. They have been doing exactly the same thing for more than six years. They rush customers, prevent them from reading contracts, and change numbers at the moment of signing. Read every single line before signing anything.
