Purchased my 2025 GX Luxury Plus from Tommy Stewart! He was awesome to work with from the start. We flew to Manhattan from NC with our daughter so she could see the city and once ready, he picked us all up from our hotel and drove us back to the dealership to seal the deal! It was a seamless process. He even gave her a teddy bear with a Lexus shirt on it, it made her whole day. Lexus of Manhattan was amazing! I lost my beautiful 2017 RX to a deer. I went to several dealerships to see and test drive but no one was really listening to me and kept trying to sell me something else and was told I could past an interior color, year , size etc. So frustrating. I found what I was looking for online and contacted Lexus of Manhattan to see. I live on Long Island so going to Manhattan is a trek and time consuming. However, I am so happy I did. My salesperson Dominique was extremely attentive to my concerns regarding the new 2026 Lexus RX design and the changes from my beloved 2017. He took the time to really listen and went as far as showing the 2017 next to the 2026 to make sure I was happy. The actual purchase was even better! Dominique coordinated between us and the finance team to make a smooth stressless purchase. He went above & beyond by delivering her to me personally! I truly appreciate the attentiveness and can say I experienced amazing.
