Let us take the vehicle on a test drive with kids in car seats and for an independent inspection at a local mechanic. He was kind and patient, even with our kids taking over the lobby. We were a bit nervous to purchase from a small dealer without any warranty - in lieu, Max promised discounted mechanic work for the next few weeks if needed. And he followed through - we decided to replace the vehicles radiator right away (we were aware of leak before purchase) and his shop repaired next day for us at less than half the price we were quoted elsewhere. My husband and I both felt Max was trustworthy and are pleased with our experience.
