After going to multiple lots around the city we stopped here to test drive a vehicle. I called on our way and when we got there the vehicle we asked about was already started and parked up front. Took it for a test drive and loved the vehicle. Within 30 minutes after the test drive we were on the road. It was a great experience through and through and the employees were all top notch, professional and honest. I highly recommend them 10/10 will definitely buy more vehicles from them in the future.
The team was friendly and not pushy. I was communicating ahead of time as we are out town. Once we arrived, they knew what we were interested in and brought the car to us promptly. They let us test drive it and take it to a mechanic to check it over. Nothing alarming was found to be of issue. The process of paying was quick and easy. I think the only negative was the air freshener they used in the car - the odor was a bit overpowering.
As many of the reviews have stated, the folks who run the place are nice, laid-back, and approachable. Unfortunately, that just masks the fact that they're as slippery as most used car dealers. I spent $100 and a sizeable chunk of valuable time finding out that the car I wanted needed repairs that that would have increased my investment by 50%. Meaning, a $6000 car would have ended up costing me nearly $10k after repairs. They didn't have the integrity of admitting this until AFTER the inspection. So, BUYER BEWARE.
Thoroughly professional and unimpressed....looked at ten cars last week had to personally keep running to the office to ask for keys...the woman never left her chair or her computer some easily 17 year old boy was grabbing keys for me not one ADULT ever spoke to us! Every vehicle you turned on needed an oil change ,a sensor, one the engine was ticking I probably would have found something but with no desire to get up and sell a vehicle what was the point! I can assure no adult running the place ever tried to speak to us that day! Never met a dealer that has you walk in hands you 3 sets of keys for different cars and sends you back out to go through them all while they sit inside...most dealers come right out ready to sell you a car!
