I had several problems with the operation of my vehicle. I took my Lexus to Amani for repair. The owner did a thorough assessment of the problem, along with other things on the vehicle that needed to be addressed. He then patiently explained what he and his technician found, showed me photos of the vehicle's problems, answered all of my questions, and then gave me an estimate of the price of the work to be done. The price was very fair. I picked up my vehicle today and the price was what he said it would be. The he vehicle is running great! He even addressed some things that I knew were a problem, but never mentioned to him. I highly recommend Amani because of their technical capabilities, integrity and credibility. They are definitely 5+

I had an HONEST experience with Eric more than Once. I stopped by because the engine light came on. He took one look at the car and told me he would do what I’m asking, but he believes I could have it replaced for Free. I was hesitant, but did as he suggested and to my surprise my engine was replaced at no charge because the engine was faulty. Sometime later, I brought my car in for an unexpected repair and it was less than other repair shops and serviced within a few hours. Things were explained to me with Care and Patience. I bought a car from them several years ago. The experience on getting the car was good. But I fell on hard time and was late on a payment( my fault) but a payment was made and I wasn’t even a month behind and they had someone come out to tow my car. I let them know that the payment had been dropped in the drop box several days prior to someone coming out. They then checked and seen it was in there. So my car was never towed away. The man who owns it told me aggressively I had to pay for towing even though he was wrong for not checking their drop box and that I had to tell them when I do a drop off. I let him know I wasn’t telling him nothing and that the drop box should be check daily. When I paid my car off early this man definitely charged me for towing. And I never received my title and I let him know and the only thing he told me is that they sent it. That was my only problem but it was a big problem.
