DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE FRAUD!! They KNOWINGLY sold me a bad car and are basically refusing to fix it! It hasn’t even been a full month and I can’t drive it! They are unprofessional, does not answer when you call and are very rude over the phone! I had to call MULTIPLE times just to get a call back and when I did get a return call they basically said there’s nothing they could do about my car and to come pick it up when I brung it to them 3 days prior to the call. DO NOT do business with them they are black owned! It be our own people!
Professional and Very Fair I travelled from out of state to check out a vehicle that I was interested in, even though we didn’t come to an agreement, the Owner of this family owned business was truly understanding and offered/agreed to return the payment I put towards the application to reserve the car in the first place. Young lady said a vehicle was there along with the virtual email robot. Drove 3hrs and car sold months ago. Along with others on website that been sold. I try and support the community but that's unacceptable. Owner very nice gentleman. But presentation needs work!
Willie Wright will definitely make your car purchase painless. I can't say enough about this dealership. I came in contact with this place after being in a bad accident where the other driver left the scene after trying to pull me out of my car. Fortunately I had OnStar at the time and they scared the folks away when they said the police and paramedics were en route. I had just bought the car that was determined to be totaled (5) five months prior to the accident and I didn't have gap insurance and had never heard of it prior to that accident!! After the insurance paid their portion I was still stuck with $3600 in car notes unless I found a dealership that would absorb that debt and possibly add it to the note, I spoke with Mrs. Amajay (I don't want to misspell her name} originally and she assured me that her husband would be able to help me. After speaking with him and giving him permission to run my credit he was able to get me in a SUV with decent mileage (73,000) for a 2011. The process was seamless. Their office staff and their mechanics are awesome as well. If you are looking for a reasonable vehicle, then look no further!! I have had the vehicle since July 2021 and although someone hit it, I absolutely LOVE my vehicle. Thank you sooooooooo much Mr. Wright for being a man of your word and also knowing your business. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I will definitely be bringing my daughter when she's ready to buy!!!!
Unreliable company and Wright Willie Crosby, Jr, ALMOST A BANKRUPT. Currenly Wright Willie Crosby, Jr and its Wright Way Motors LLC owe us a big amount of money. The age of the overdue exceeds 2 months!!!! The company cannot afford to pay even 50 USD to us... Do not believe them as they cannot simply stick to their own promises. Mr/s ignoring all our phone calls and emails! We are preparing our documents to start legal action soon with all legal consequences as the seizing of assets and garnishment. We hope this review serves as a warning to potential partners, helping them avoid similar negative experiences.
