On May 29, I purchased a 2017 Maserati Levante outright without any payments. By June 3, I sent a message expressing my intention to return the vehicle and receive my money. Unfortunately, I received no response and had to call to find out that they couldn’t process the return. On June 6, I sent another message regarding a compressor that exploded while I was driving. I didn’t receive any text back from the company and they ignored my calls. After weeks of back-and-forth communication, the so-called owner finally returned from overseas and promised to fix my air conditioning. While waiting for the part, I noticed that my vehicle started overheating. I poured some coolant into the vehicle, and everything seemed to be running fine for four days. However, the overheating problem reappeared, and the coolant level was normal. Since this is a vehicle like this, I assumed that the coolant was the correct type and not an aftermarket product. Another week after I was driving, I made a U-turn and noticed that my vehicle wasn’t responding to me when I pressed the gas pedal. The oil light came on, but the vehicle had the proper oil levels. The oil wasn’t black. I decided to meet with the owner and asked him if he could put me in another vehicle or if he could get the engine replaced. The engine replacement would cost 12,000 dollars he wanted me to pay half. I was shocked and disappointed by the offer. I thought that the owner was going to put me in something of the same value as my previous vehicle. The owner offered me a 2009 base model Jeep Liberty with 140,000 miles. The trunk didn’t open, and the air tire pressure just stayed on, which was due to the struts or shocks of the vehicle not being at the correct height. My driver’s side was lower than the right side of the car. If it wasn’t for me, purchasing something as simple as coolant, this car would have overheated due to the lack of maintenance and improper fitting. I didn’t want the Jeep because it didn’t reflect the value of my money that these people had just taken from me. They had also asked me to do a credit application so they could place me in another vehicle that would be financed. Again, after I came and paid for a Maserati in full cold cash of $12,000. Overall, throughout this entire ordeal, I was informed that the vehicle is sold as-is. I understand that, but it means that my money is essentially wasted in less than 30 days, putting my life at even greater risk. I am deeply disgusted and appalled by the nature of these individuals. I thought I could let go, but driving around and seeing everyone in their exotic foreign vehicles just gets under my skin. If I had $1 million and they were the only dealership in the world with the vehicle I wanted, I would rather buy myself a damn bicycle. I also noticed that when I had issues with my Maserati, other individuals walked into this location and had a very upset look on their faces. No words were needed; I already knew what was happening. purchasing a vehicle as-is or not, and I have never had many significant issues in my life, much less to lose a vehicle in less than 30 days and have it remedied by a 2009 base model Jeep Liberty that seems to have the same issue as my Maserati A portion of my money was left to me by my deceased grandparents. Just to see it go down the drain doesn’t sit well with me. As you can see the photos, there are two different type of thermostats with the same issue. The vehicle had fluids, but the issue seems to have went deeper.

I left a bad review on Magic Motors about a car come to find out they relisted the same car that I gave back and that wasn’t fixed on this website. They are working together. They exchange the cars around to make sure it’s being sold. DONT BUY FROM THEM. They are a scam. They have a warranty but don’t abide by it. They don’t work with you they look to “get a check for them” (as the man explained to me) so it can benefit them not the customer. Do your research before you buy from them. But my opinion DONT BUY FROM THEM OR MAGIC MOTORS that’s up the street from them.
after searching for a truck online i found a 2014 silverado high country for a great price at this location. after speaking on the phone with matthew, we agreed on pricing and set for me to come pickup my new truck. when i get there i ignore my gut feeling about the place being a run down house with random cars scattered about and go inside to speak with matthew. after a long 4 HOURS he had come to the conclusion that our original agreement would not work and then suddenly changed my financing plan. even with as outrageous as they made everything, i still complied because this was my first big car purchase. on the test drive in the busy atlanta traffic i hadnt noticed much bouncing. but on my ride home i came to the conclusion that the rear shocks must have been blown out because it should not be this bouncy. if it were just the shocks i would have been happy. not only were the rear shocks absorbers MISSING, but the frame rails they bolt to are completely rusted out. this vehicle is unsafe to drive and should not have even considered being put on a lot. the rust doesnt stop at the frame and making it unfixable, but half of the trucks body panels are a different color than the others and multiple panels are rusted with paint over the top. this vehicle belongs in a junk yard. after showing the OWNER sammy the pictures of the situation he has the nerve to tell me he could not see any rust and the vehicle was not a problem. i know this untrue because you can see on the bottom of the bed the fresh marks left by the shocks snapping from the brackets and smashing into it. somebody removed the shocks. should i have paid more attention to pretty much everything, yes. i was excited to be in my new truck that i should NOT have had this problem with. i recommended anybody looking for any kind of vehicle STEER CLEAR of this god forsaken excuse for a business.

At first, they’ll smile, make big promises, and pressure you to sign quickly — don’t fall for it. Once you sign that agreement, everything changes. They’ll act like they don’t even know you. I paid CASH for a Range Rover, thinking I was making a dream come true. My husband and I were so excited — but that excitement turned into a nightmare it needed a completely new motor now it sitting in my garage till I can afford to fix it. They promised me everything, answered all my questions, and nodded along, but refused to put ANYTHING in writing. I asked again and again, and they just kept saying, “We’re a new business — we’re reputable.” LIES. ALL OF IT. The second that money was in their hands, the fake kindness disappeared. Now I'm stuck, and they don’t care. If you value your money, your safety, and your peace of mind — STAY AWAY. This is not just bad business. LEMON CARS!!!!!!!!!!!
