This Dealership is closed. All ads listed on Facebook etc and the website is fake. Someone is posting fake pictures. Do not send money and waste your time. Spoke to someone booked a flight flew out to nc from ny . The number that is listed is different from the sign at the business address. Last owner phone number is on the door he claimed business is closed.

Went all the way through the deal with my fiancé. Only thing left for them to do was send funding paperwork to our bank and then suddenly all communication stops. We called, emailed and so did the bank. No answer, no returned call…. Nothing. It is Monday and the dealership isn’t answering the phone and we haven’t been able to talk to anyone there since Thursday afternoon. They told us they were having phone issues but what salesperson/dealership doesn’t have cellphones to contact customers, especially in the middle of a long distance sell. I’ve never experienced such disappointing and unprofessional service in my life. I wish we could give zero stars for the waste of time and resources from this experience. I absolutely do not recommend them for ANYTHING Update: After days of not returning our calls or emails, I decided to investigate the car a little further, ran the vin, the car had been bought at auction in June 5, 2025 to a private buyer not a dealer with 19000 miles on it, he told us the mileage was 18383. Then all his pictures was different, the title he sent us a copy of wasn’t matching with NC system, then the owner (Michael Scales) was just arrested in March 2025 for … title fraud and other things, there have been multiple business with multiple numbers owned by the same person at that location, one being Allegience Transportation. I assume that’s how he ships the cars. It’s active MC and DOT numbers with the same address of the car lot. Further more I sent an inquiry under my name to the lot about the car and not only does the salesman (Adam Jones) email me back, he calls me and tells me the car is available with a down payment of 4800 and payments at 900 a month, when he has literally been working with my fiancé for 4 days and has the funding paperwork. The same funding paperwork he filled out for our bank with a 10 digit routing number when routing numbers only have 9 digits! I’m so glad we didn’t send him the 1k he was requesting to hold the car or that our bank did not send him the money. Oh and while he calling me he NEVER called my fiancé back about the 30k his bank was prepared to send. This lot is a scam!!! And even though he didn’t get any money off us but we did notify Wayne County and they said this has been an issue and it’s still contract fraud since they did have us sign with them a purchase agreement. Charges are forthcoming soon!!!

I will never use this place! I called this morning to see if they provided inspections, was told they do. I had a question before bringing in my car, so I called again and was told their mechanics would not be there until 12:30. That was no problem. When I got there at 12:30 (waited in my car until the specified time), was then told very rudely that their people have left for the day as they rarely do inspections on Saturday’s. I Wish they had told me this from the first call, as I would have understood.... between the misinformation and the rudeness, I do not recommend using this business at all!

I love the energy that I got from them !! They gave me the best price around . I will definitely refer them to all my family and friends . They took there time with me and I got the car I wanted .

I mean what can I say? I drive a very nice looking vehicle around Goldsboro, NC. It was more expensive than I wanted to pay for it, BUT!!! I THOUGHT THIS TRUCK WOULD NOT MAKE IT TO 2020. I BET AND PLANNED FOR THE FALL OFF THIS TRUCK.! DO YOU KNOW I HAVE NOT BEEN TO A MECHANIC SINCE I'VE HAD. I'VE DONE NOTHING BUT PUT 89 GAS IN THE TANK AND DRIVE. BIG RON I'M STARTING TO THINK YOU GAVE ME THIS 4RUNNER. BY THE WAY, HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.
