We had a great experience at Brown & Wood Buick GMC in NC. This dealership truly deserves five stars. From the first moment, we felt welcome and comfortable, like being at home. Everything was clear and honest. A special thank you to Jacob Brown. He is very professional and very kind. He has strong knowledge and great customer service. His communication is excellent. He answered all our questions with patience and respect. He never rushed us and always took time to explain everything clearly. That built real trust. We are very happy with our car purchase. Jacob even took the initiative to deliver the car, which surprised us in a good way. That shows true care for customers. I honestly do not understand why the Google rating is only 3+. This is an awesome dealership with transparency, trust, and great people. We highly recommend Brown & Wood Buick GMC and especially Jacob Brown. They truly deserve five stars.
We started looking at cars early in 2025. The salesman that we dealt with is Collin Tunstall. We told him what we wanted down to the color. He did not have it on his lot but he went all out until he found one nearby and we completed our deal near the end of July. Out entire purchase experience was good. Collin also went out of his way to help me change the battery in another car. He drove to my house (about 1:15 minutes), helped change the battery and then returned home. We are most appreciative of his help with our purchase and with our battery.
Awesome experience. Customer service was amazing. We drove from out of town and was on the way home when we decided to stop at one last place. We did arrive an hour before closing, but these gentlemen met us with smiles and stayed positive about getting us the car we loved. We have experienced some rough customer service at a couple of car dealerships. I'm very thankful that we stopped here and purchase our vehicle. Thank you Robbie for really dedicating you time for us. And thanks to Thomas and Mike for working out numbers and getting us to where we wanted to be with our trade and payments. 😁 I would definitely recommend doing business here. Second time using Brown & Wood for oil change, since we bought a care package with the purchase of our vehicle. It is a first come first served, even if you make an appt. The first oil change was a 3hr wait but there were no issues. Last week was the second oil change and it was also a 3hr wait. This vehicle is our family vehicle, so it isn't driven daily. Yesterday, I noticed oil spots underneath the vehicle in our driveway way. I slid under the vehicle and saw it was leaking oil. Today, I attempted to call Brown & Wood but kept being put on hold. Instead of taking it back to Brown & Wood, for a 3hr wait to fix their mistake, I decided to do it myself. The leak was coming from the oil plug. The plug was not even hand tightened. Now I have oil stains in my driveway and have to top off the vehicle. I'm pretty disappointed in Brown and Wood.
B&W done front end work on a truck I recently bought from them. Assuming an alignment was done for this work. Driving at highway speeds the truck would jerk over bumps. Done some diagnosing to find the problem and the driver side strut was completely loose.
