I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this dealership in Pittsburgh. Horrible service it took me a week to get PM service and repair check engine light. And worst thing is that they made damage my truck body. I have no idea when they are going to fix it. My strong advice don't waist your time overthere try to look for other dealership near by.
I would like to share the worst experience with the service department here. On 12/12/24 service department sent me a quote to replace my airdryer on my truck. I was told that was the reason my truck was stuck in gear. Three days later the airdryer went causing me to have to replace myself. After being charged $2000 dollars had to turn around and spend another $600 on the same part. Mind you service Alamo charged 6 hours of labor to change an airdryer that took me 1 hour to do on the side of the road due to truck wouldn’t build air. I advise to learn and pay attention. This dealership will rip you off and claim the have the best mechanics in the building.
