Had a great experience here getting my Stelvio serviced. Mike and Carrie were awesome and the work was done professionally and efficiently. Even had a great conversation with Doug one of the salesmen who's a true Alfa aficionado. Loved everything about my visit here, even the building has this unique charm about it, the layout, architecture, lighting... it all takes you back to a time when you truly enjoyed car shopping or going in for service. Everyone i met was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. If and when I'm ready to trade up I'll definitely be going here for my next Alfa Romeo, which by the way has been my favorite car I've ever owned. These are good people to do business with if you are in the market for an Alfa. I worked with Rob on the sales side and James on the finance side. They were responsive to emails and calls, never pressured me, and had good follow up throughout the process. It was not an easy deal to put together because they are in Ohio and I'm over 12 hours away -- and was trading in another car, plus we had some nasty winter weather to deal with while transporting the new car.
