I requested both the air and cabin filter to be changed since I saw no record of it on carfax and they did not hesitate to do this for free after already knocking off some money because my trade in came in lower than I desired. They made sure it had a full tank of gas and even had a scratch touched up all included. I know you’re thinking they snuck in the charges but no it was all done as a courtesy and they go thru your final paperwork slowly and line by line. To top it off I have lifetime FREE oil changes.
