Our experience started off rocky (which were several things) but the issues were addressed. If my mom really didn't want this particular vehicle I would have told her to pick another option... I would have left a 4 star rating but the check engine light came on 3 days after our purchase. Found out our warranty info was not put in the day of the purchase and was told we had to wait 7 days to do a claim... Also what made me to go ahead and leave a review was, I was told check engine lights come on with used cars very nonchalantly. Yes, a whole attitude change after the deal was signed. Update: The dealership said motor work has to be done.
Horrible car lot me an my wife paid full price for a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee from them not even two weeks ago. They were not negotiable on the price of the car their reasoning was that the car was a sound car which is a joke cause here we are two weeks ago Down the road an we are paying 1500 to have the alternator replaced belt tensioner an the serpentine belt
Bought a car from them cash off the lot, they told me the vehicle had minor issues that were not a problem to me which were radio and reflector light issue, 4-5days later the car would not start or crank completely and they told me it was nothing they could do about. Highly do not recommend getting a vehicle from them.
