I would like to share my overall experience with AGN Auto Gallery especially after reading some of the negative reviews. Upon arriving at the car dealership I was immediately greeted by Dr.Andrew's wife. Not only was she polite but very informative about every car I inquired about. She gave me a sheet that listed all the prices of the cars as she toured with me. Once we agreed on the car I liked she then directed me to Dr. Andrew who is over financing. Dr.Andrew was not only fair but a straight shooter. Dr.Andrew was beyond knowledgeable no games just wanted to make sure I got exactly what I came for a great car.
I had the worst customer service experience in my life at this place. The negative reviews you see about the owner. Believe them. He is the rudest, most arrogant so-called professional I’ve ever seen. I traveled an hour to AGN, so I could meet my mechanic there. My mechanic was checking out a black 2013 BMW 328I, to make sure it was in good condition. First. Dr. Andrew, The owner, said the car was a “good car.” My mechanic told me the car needed brakes and other repairs. Dr. Andrew became upset when I didn’t tell him how I was going to purchase the vehicle. He then demanded me to tell him how much money I was going to put down. He and I literally got into a verbal confrontation. I couldn’t deal with that jerk one more second. I left the lot and told my mechanic to stop his diagnostic check. If you don’t believe me, go see for yourself. The owner is Dr. Andrew. If you don’t answer his questions the way he wants you to, I can guarantee he will begin telling you that he’s the owner and that he decides who he sales a vehicle to. He will tell you at least 10 times that he has a PhD. He will brag about some automobile part that he created. He will give you reasons why he won’t sell a vehicle to you. He will do all of the above, before you even go inside to discuss numbers. This has got to be the worst dealership in the world.
Is it possible to give a ZERO?? I called and unfortunately I spoke to the owner. Because he is middle eastern or European, He is hard to understand. He said something illegible, so I asked, "Is this AGN Auto gallery?" His response was, "THAT'S WHAT I SAID". I only called because I was interested in a car and merely asked what forms of payment did they accept. The rude, disgusting troll of an owner started asking me in a mean, condescending way, "WHO ARE YOU?", WHY ARE YOU ASKING?, "ARE YOU A CUSTOMER?" I said that I was possibly interested in a car and I wanted to know if they took Certified Checks, Money orders, personal checks or credit cards. His response was so rude that I just said "Thank you for your time" and hung up. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS ABUSIVE LOOSE CANNON**
