I bought a RAM in this store and had a terrible experience. From the beginning there was a delay in the delivery of the car, they promised a spare key and the polished car, but they did not comply with the agreement. I had to insist several times to get the spare key, which they still tried to charge me, even though I had evidence in messages that they had promised. I only managed to get the key after 1 month. Soon after, the car had mechanical problems. I took it to the store and stayed 9 days without a vehicle, without any support or spare car. Shortly after, with only two weeks of use, the radiator was defective. The car has been with them again for 14 days and so far I have had no solution or support. The seller Marlon promised me many things at the time of the sale, but he didn't fulfill anything he said. In addition, management (Jheck) does not solve problems. To sell they are attentive, but then they abandon the customer. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Terrible service, lack of commitment and disregard for the consumer. I've been going through numerous inconveniences and losses since the purchase.
